Guys - The tournament is shaping up nicely. A few things I wanted to let your teams know about. * There will be concessions sold onsite at very reasonable prices; hotdogs, hamburgers, bottle water, Gatorade * Tournament t-shirts will be sold in both long sleeve & short sleeve; tournament logo is attached to this email * There will be a medical physician onsite for the tournament * Tournament website for all your needs is; www.windhamdesigns.com/derbycity/ * There will be a FREE Welcome Party on Friday at the Water Tower Fields from 7-9pm. FREE Beer & BBQ will be provided. * Team Party, Saturday Night at Jillian's from 7-8pm, free food, free beer and free Maker's Mark! 8-10pm live music! * There will be shuttle buses to & from Jillian's servicing all tournament hotels If your team plays at 10am on Saturday or Sunday, please be at the field and ready to play by 10am sharp! Game format: * Games will be 15 minute running time quarters * 1 time out per half; anywhere on the field * Penalties: personal fouls are 1 one-half minutes; technical fouls are 45 seconds * Up to 5 long poles * Clock stops on team, official or injury time outs only * Officials will be keeping game time & penalty time on the field I would like to give a special thanks to Greater Louisville Sports Commission, JBC Entertainment Corporation, Greater Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau and Greater Louisville YMCA for their efforts in hosting this tournament.
